ID Requirements: A valid National ID card or other accepted government-issued identification must be provided during booking or before boarding.
Electricity Policy: Electricity service is available for approximately 20 hours. The generator may remain switched off for approximately 1 hour after every 3 hours of operation.
Meal Policy: The journey includes scheduled meals and snacks for the 2-day and 1-night experience. Menu items may change according to local market availability.
Package Exclusions:
Local boat rides are not included unless specifically confirmed in the booking details.
Bike, auto-rickshaw, or other local transport expenses are not included.
Extra food, beverages, personal purchases, and additional requested items are not included.
Any attraction entry fees or transport expenses not specifically listed as included must be paid separately by travelers.
Safety and Conditions:
All activities, swimming stops, routes, and timings may change due to weather, water level, visibility, local restrictions, or safety conditions.
Guests must wear life jackets during swimming and whenever instructed by the onboard team.
The operator may adjust or cancel any activity considered unsafe.
Additional expenses arising from illness, political disruption, severe weather, or other extraordinary circumstances must be borne by the traveler.
Drone and Professional Camera Policy: Drone use and professional photography equipment may require prior permission from the operator and relevant local authorities.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for securing their cash, electronics, documents, and personal belongings throughout the journey.
