A premium Dhaka-to-Dhaka Sundarbans wildlife journey for international travellers, combining a comfortable tourist vessel, narrow-creek safaris, guided forest walks and major wildlife sanctuaries.

Choose a private or small-group journey with English-speaking local support, government forest formalities and full-board accommodation aboard the vessel.

Wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed. Forest landings, routes and timings remain subject to permits, tides, weather, daylight and instructions from the Forest Department.

Your Day-by-Day Itinerary

1Day 1 — Dhaka to Mongla & Cruise Check-inMeet your guide at Dhaka airport or hotel, travel to Mongla by private air-conditioned vehicle, check in to the vessel, settle into your cabin and enjoy dinner while cruising overnight toward the forest.

2Day 2 — Andharmanik Wildlife SanctuaryWake inside the Sundarbans, take a guided forest walk when conditions allow, explore narrow canals by small boat and continue toward Katka while watching for deer, wild boar, monkeys, crocodiles, kingfishers, eagles and other birds.

3Day 3 — Katka, Jamtola & KochikhaliBegin with an early canal safari, then explore approved forest trails and wildlife areas around Katka, Jamtola and Kochikhali. Activities may include trekking, birdwatching, photography and wildlife observation, followed by sunset and a barbecue dinner aboard.

4Day 4 — Karamjal & Return to DhakaVisit Karamjal for its crocodile breeding centre, deer rehabilitation area, mangrove interpretation trail and watchtower, then cruise back to Mongla and continue to your Dhaka hotel or airport by private transport.

Package Terms & Conditions

A passport copy is required for each traveller to process the forest permit.
The itinerary may change because of tides, weather, permits, daylight, wildlife regulations or safety instructions.
Wildlife observation is natural and no specific animal sighting, including a Royal Bengal tiger, can be guaranteed.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Policy

• Availability, vessel and permit status must be verified before payment.
• The required deposit and balance date will be confirmed in the written booking quotation.

Cancellation policy

For this package, cancellation more than 25 days before departure carries a 25% charge; cancellation more than 15 days before departure carries a 75% charge. Any operator cancellation caused by severe weather, national emergency or another unavoidable event is handled according to the confirmed booking terms.

Questions About Sundarban Tours

Is a tiger sighting guaranteed?

No. The Sundarbans is a wild ecosystem. The route offers opportunities to observe wildlife, but no particular animal sighting can be promised.

What is the best travel season?

September to April is generally the operating season, while November to March is usually the most comfortable period. Current weather, permits and vessel operation should still be checked before booking.

Can the tour be private?

Yes. Private and small-group rates vary by the number of travellers, vessel and cabin category.
