Booking Policy:

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Payment methods include bank transfer, mobile banking, or credit card (details provided upon booking).
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the intended check-in date.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 15 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.
• In case of no-show, no refund will be provided.
• Any changes to the reservation, such as check-in/check-out dates or room type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
